Orders are payable by cash, check, money order or by Visa & MasterCard. For delivery outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico please add $2.00 additional to cover extra postage cost of overseas Air Mail. (Orders from outside USA are payable by VISA, MasterCard, international bank draft, international money order, a check drawn on any bank with a US branch and payable in US dollars, PayPal. or cash in US dollars only)

 STEP 3: Credit Card Payments by PayPal Instructions: 

Fill out this form providing us with your program choices, order totals, and shipping address information.  In the "BILLING INFORMATION" section, on the credit card choice menu list, please select PayPal.  You do not need to provide your credit card information to us if using PayPal

  1. Next, click any PayPal link or the PayPal logo button below to open a new PayPal window. In the "Payment for:" box type: SLS WEBSITE PURCHASE. 
  2.  In the "Amount:" box enter the total amount of your order including shipping charges. 
  3. Click the "Don't have a PayPal account? click here" link.   
  4. Follow the instructions provided by PayPal to complete your payment.  

You are not required to log in or join PayPal and they will process your credit card securely, and deliver payment to us instantly.  PayPal  will not retain your personal information if you do not choose to open an account with them.  Your credit card information will not be disclosed to us by PayPal
